Unique Pricing Model

For small-medium events, we offer a unique pricing model where you only pay for the number of registered participants. This model takes the guesswork out of your event planning.

At the start, give us an estimate of how many registrations you expect then we'll check in a few days prior to the event to confirm final numbers.

Just before your event day we'll provide the right amount of keepsakes you need, and invoice only for the number of registered participants you have.

That means you can build in keepsakes cost on a per-registration basis and keep costs predictable.

From small to large, we've got you

Whether you're expecting 20 participants or 2000, we can work with you to make your event a success.

Lead times vary by project size. For events <100 competitors, kindly contact us at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

For larger events, we require 8-12 weeks of lead time from order approval to delivery.
