Since every item is made just for you, custom engravings are non-returnable unless we’ve made an error or the item arrives damaged. We’ll always send a design proof for your approval before we begin, so you know exactly what to expect.

2. If We Make a Mistake or the Item Is Damaged

If there’s an error on our part or your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. Email us at info@cantercraft.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

We understand mistakes happen! While we can’t offer refunds or replacements for errors in the information provided (like typos or incorrect dates), we’re happy to work with you on a discounted replacement if needed.
