Gift Card Policy

Digital Gift Cards
Canter Craft offers digital gift cards that are delivered electronically by email after purchase. Gift cards can be redeemed exclusively at cantercraft.shop and are issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Delivery
Digital gift cards are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure the email address is entered correctly. If you do not receive your gift card, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Redemption
- Gift cards may be used toward eligible products available on cantercraft.shop
- Gift cards are redeemed at checkout using the unique code provided
- If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method
- If the purchase total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will remain on the gift card for future use
Expiration
Canter Craft gift cards do not expire.
Fees
There are no fees associated with purchasing or using a Canter Craft gift card.
Refunds and Returns
- Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Items purchased using a gift card are subject to our standard return and refund policies
- Approved refunds for items purchased with a gift card will be issued back to the original gift card
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Canter Craft is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Gift cards cannot be replaced once delivered.
Promotions and Discounts
Gift cards cannot be purchased using discount codes unless explicitly stated. Promotional offers may not apply to gift card purchases.
Fraud Prevention
Canter Craft reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or place on hold any gift card order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Gift Card Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
